By far this is the VOLTRON of Traxxas trucks= stadium,short course,monster trucks etc..combined into 1 monster truck! This truck is Monsterous for its size and speed faster than a crack head. This trucks durability is excellent and is worth the investment.

The CV axles are plastic and broke within the first minute of using it. I bought new metal ones that work great and overall much better! With how much you spend, you would hope you have a much better quality CV axle.

I truly love this truck. It’s fast and durable. However my driveshaft broke. I’ve only had the truck three weeks. So this was a bit disappointing. I contacted Traxx I’m supposedly getting a new gear shipped. I’m very disappointed in the cons of this machine. I’ve spent a pretty penny. I’ve spoken with other people they suggested I go with the Kraton. They say it’s much better then this!!! ... show more

    • Good truck, should have some basic upgrades at this price.
It should ship with steel axels, I have snapped 2 in a week. I’ve also bent several other parts. The shock tower lost part the bottom holder on the front. But I did take some hard landings. It’s been a lot of fun but be ready to spend another $100 on upgrades out of the box to keep going. Update 2/9, just shy of a month owning. Go to the Maxx or another brand unless you ready to spend the money to upgrade, Shocks, Drive Splines/Axles, Hex Nuts, and Shocks. I have driven the car 5 - 7 times in total (including 5-10 mins in the back yard and at office). I lost shock plates, drive axel snapped, hexes stripped. All with normal use. Wishing I went with the Maxx or another brand, very disappointed in all the down time. The vehicle cost for me is around $900 now including charger and batteries and replacement parts to keep it running. ... show more

    • Axel broke within the first two days
worked really well at first, it was fast and very responsive to the controls. But then we noticed the front right wheel stopped spinning. The axel had broke off from the ball joint. we had to return it.
