First off, this Traxxas winch is pricy. You can get a real winch from Harbor Freight for less money than this toy winch. That said it fits the TRX-4 Bronco perfectly. Adds a nice bit of realism and is just plain fun. Installation is very straightforward and wire management was easy.

This winch was installed in an Injora front bumper. The bumper needed a few holes drilled but the winch fit just about perfectly after I opened the lower holes on the winch to let the bolts from the fender fit. Remote works great and you didn't need to buy "another Traxxas" part or lead to make it work. I was shocked, but it is truly plug and play! Great product. ... show more

does this work, yeah… does it work good? Absolutely not. Feels like it’s going to break with stock weight and honestly I’m just gonna take it off and sell it before it actually breaks considering I just added some weight… definitely well below the 10 pound mark still but I just don’t trust it at all.
