Called CS they said it could be a bad fuse and shipped one for free but taking too long to arrive and am afraid will run out of the 30 day return period by when it does arrive.     • The battery will not recharge and they wont do anything for me!
I made the mistake of spending close to $300 on this RC car. I bought it for my son for his birthday. We charged the battery and for some reason it would not completely charge. The color would not change to show it was fully charged after 24 hours. So we proceeded to use the car. It worked for about 3 minutes and then the battery died. I tried to recharge it and it wont charge. I emailed the Amazon provider and they wont take it back because we used it on time. I asked them to take the car back or give me a new battery and they would not! They say I have to contact the manufacture! This is crazy! I buy all kinds of stuff on amazon for my home and for my business and I dont know why amazon does business with companies like this that will not stand by the things they sell! The company name is JEGS amazon market place.. I would never buy anything from them ever again! ... show more
