I recieved a defective charger. The left charging port doesn't work, and doesn't read in the app. No error messages and was hooked up just fine. Right charging port works just fine. Both batteries work just fine in only the right side charging port. Value for money: Terrible!! Batteries are nice. Seller trys directing you outside of Amazon for a replacment. Very sketchy and violates Amazon's Policies! ... show more

Product recieved Friday 01/31/2020. Only recieved the charger without the batteries. I contacted the seller, but am not expecting to hear anything back till next week. Update: 02/05/2020 batteries delivered separately. Apparently, due to new shipping laws, the batteries had to be shipped by USPS. And the charger was shipped by FedEX. Buy you'll only get one shippubg number. I don't know if Amazon has a system to get 2 different shipping numbers for a 1 item order. Charger works great, connects to phone app easily.
