I love this bag. It has a few pockets that are a good size. I love that the zippers clip in so they can not be unzipped easily. That deters any pick pocketers. The RFID protection is another bonus. I bought a few different purses from this company since i have not own one before, so i could see which one fits me best. This one won out because of the size and the option of a cross body to a waist purse. That is the best selling point to this bag. It has wires in the strap so no one can cut through it. It is wipe clean. It doesn not weigh much. obviously, that changes with what you put in it. The main section is large enough for the latest iphone and many other things. You can keep things organized in the different pockets. I like the convertibility of this bag. If you want your hands free and no shoulder strap then you use it around your waist. The clips to lock the zippers have a locking mechanism so no one but the person wearing it can undo ... show more

I'm not one of those women who carry makeup and half of my belongings in a huge, heavy handbag. I typically carry a thin wallet, glasses, keys, lip balm, tissues and a small comb. That all fits in a small handbag nicely until I try to add a cell phone and then everything is so crammed that I can't get to anything. This bag solves the problem! It's small but spacious. The pockets keep my things really organized. It has two outside pockets- 1 with zipper, 1 without. The main compartment has a space for larger items and slots for 3 credit cars/cash and a slot for a cell phone. It also has 1 inside zipper pocket. It's very lightweight which is really nice for a trip or everyday wear. The strap can be adjusted for a really short or tall person. It can be completely removed or adjusted so you can wear it as a waist pack or across your body. I was concerned that a thief could just unhook one of the claps and yank the bag off me, but the clasps are theft-resistant. In order to get a clasp released from the locked position, you pull this little knob back out of one track and push it over into another track. It's simple to do, but it would be challenging for a pickpocket thief to do it. I typically wear the strap across my body with the bag on my hip, but if I'm in a crowd, I position the bag on my stomach. The straps are on the backside of the bag so that makes it even harder for a thief to access the claps. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the inner grey lining is sewn so high that it prevents the zipper from zipping easily. (see picture) I have to push the lining down, especially on the end. I like the bag so it's not a deal breaker but I'm going to try to stick the lining down with some thin strips of Velcro. I'm guessing they designed it this way to make it more RFID blocking. Perfect for traveling and also a small regular purse. It is not too small either. This fit two passports, my small wallet, my cell phone and cord and my power bank in the back outside pocket. Had room inside for lipstick, pens, gum. Has a zippered pocket inside, and a little loop ring to hook my wallet to. The security feature closing the zippers is great. Was able to wear this on the plane close to my body along with bringing my big purse and carry-on. I absolutely love this Travelon bag! This is my second one, and I can't say enough about the quality and thoughtful engineering that goes into their designs. I recently returned from a trip to Europe and wore this bag every single day. It was the perfect companion for both travel and everyday use at home. What stands out to me the most is the security features. The RFID protection gives me peace of mind, and the slash-resistant materials along with the zippered compartments that lock make it incredibly safe and secure. I felt confident knowing my belongings were protected. One of the best features is the versatility in how the bag can be worn. Good size, especially for travel. External fabric seems sturdy & easy to clean. Strap and zipper locks are sturdy also. I'm not impressed with the internal lining - seems thin, maybe easily punctured. Never rely on RFID presumptive safety statements!
