We set it up in a sheltered location and secured it down with stakes to protect it from movement during storms, however a tornado came through and snapped several of the net poles. The media could not be loaded. I just wanna tell everyone how incredible this company has been to me. When I first received the trampoline I had an issue with the ladder and they sent me another one immediately and also refunded me 35 bucks for my trouble. We haven’t had the trampoline for a year yet but close. We have had some terrible storms recently, high winds and rain, and the trampoline was damaged. I contacted the company to explain what had happened and they have been nothing but kind and very helpful! I took some pics to show the damage and what I need replaced and they are sending me the replacement parts free of charge. They respond to my messages immediately which is awesome and gives me peace of mind knowing my issues are being resolved. I can’t tell u enough how great they have been to me. If I ever need to purchase another trampoline it will, without a doubt, be from Cityle!! They r just simply amazing and I appreciate all their help!!!! ... show more

After experiencing weather-related damage, I contacted the customer service. They truly lived up to being the best customer service on the planet! All the damaged parts were quickly replaced, and they went above and beyond to get the trampoline back to working as new. This trampoline is not even two years old. Broke easily. We had a bad wind storm in our state and although it was strapped in and it didn’t go anywhere one of the legs on the trampoline broke.
