After a conversation with my wife about whether the kids still used the old trampoline that was falling apart, I learned they apparently use it daily. So much for reclaiming that yard space. I tried to salvage the old one but gave up and decided to invest in this new trampoline based on its glowing reviews—and I’m glad I did. The frame feels sturdy and well-constructed, and everything we needed was included in the box. Assembly was straightforward, and the netting and padding were easy to install. I’ve even taken a few unintentional spills, and the net kept me safely inside—so I know it’ll do the same for the kids. The bounce quality is great—you can really get some air. My kids especially love the “popcorn” game where they sit still and I jump around them to send them flying (safely). It’s become a new favorite backyard activity for everyone. A quick tip: You’ll want to install this on level ground. Ours is set up on a slight hill, and bouncing on a slope definitely changes the feel. I’m probably going to dig out the uphill side a bit to level it out and improve the experience. Bottom line: This trampoline has been a great purchase. It’s safe, fun, and solidly built. If you’re on the fence about replacing an old one—do it. Your kids (and possibly your inner child) will thank you.

So far this trampoline is great! I loved the net with the outward bars. From other reviews it sounds like customer service is great. All the pieces were in the box. My son enjoys it and will spend hours on it. For the price and all that was included, including the warranty it was an easy decision to go with this company! Assembly was fairly easy minus trying to put the base together. It took quite a bit of man power with a hammer to get them to connect. It was like the male adapter was the same size as the female adapter.

I can not recommend this company enough!! Not only is this the best quality trampoline that we’ve had, and the easiest and quickest set up, but their customer service is top tier. We had our new trampoline for a month before the wind picked it up and put it over our fence and the poles to the net broke. When i reached out asking to purchase a new net their customer service team said “Because we truly value your family’s safety—especially your kids’—we’d like to offer you a full replacement unit as a one-time courtesy.“ and boy did they deliver. It has only been 3 days and I already have the tracking number for the new trampoline and it will be delivered today. 100% will purchase all trampolines through them in the future.

The setup for this 15ft trampoline was surprisingly easy! Even my 8-year-old helped put the springs on, and the kids were excited to be part of the process. I did need a second adult to help with the net and poles, but overall, it was very manageable. All the parts were there and the build quality is amazing. I also really like how the net clips on the springs. The trampoline itself has been a huge hit—my kids have had an absolute blast on it! I am amazing at all the safety features. There was a hiccup with the shipping: Amazon only sent Box 2 of 2, and Box 1 never arrived even though they said it would be there in 1–2 days. Amazon offered a refund, but I really just wanted the trampoline. So I reached out to the supplier directly, and they were amazing. They responded to all my emails within a day and promptly shipped out a new trampoline with no hassle. Honestly, their customer service blew me away. I'd definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommend this trampoline—and the supplier behind it! After having the tramp for a little bit, the top of the neat keeps coming out after the kids have jumped for a little bit. I have to go out and fix it about once a week.

Bought this for my 6 year old son for Christmas. We spend so much time on it! Truly one of the best purchases I've ever made for my child. Also, a massive windstorm came and blew the trampoline into the side of the house. Many if the poles that hold up the net were bent and broken. I contacted the seller and they replaced all the parts! Highly recommend!

If you are thinking of buying a trampoline this is the one! We’ve had ours for a while and everything was easy to set up and everything worked as it should have and on top of it the ladder is super awesome and my boys love it!! Worth every penny. I highly recommend this brand in specific because customer service is TOP NOTCH! I reached out to them regarding an issue they had 0 hesitation to help me with a situation. Highly recommend!!!

It was actually decently easy to assemble! It took my husband and I maybe 2 hours total to put it together with the hardest part being putting the upper and lower part of the net frame together. Easy to read instructions and the kids are already having a blast!

It's great! We have direct sun and still looks great, sturdy and well built. Net has held up great. Light enough to move around. It's a bit inconvenient to keep refilling batteries I with the lights were solar Overall great build , bounce , and stable! Also like how secure the net is!
