Pictures of damage included. We got this last May for our son’s birthday and put heavy duty stakes on the metal legs. It is now unusable and only good for scrap metal. Unfortunately it still bent and was damaged even with the stakes. The metal is very weak on the frame and the foam was also damaged. In January the company is asking us to pay $70 for shipping to get a new one is ridiculous. We still have not heard any response back from them in over 2 months now after sending an email to proceed with shipping. We purchased a 2 year extended warranty and we shouldn’t have to pay shipping. Still no response from the company. Maybe we never will get a response. ... show more

Very satisfied. We have had this trampoline up for a year now and there is no signs of wear. The net and spring cover is a great quality. A family member bought a different on off of amazon and the quality is not nearly as good as this one. I highly recommend

This trampoline is very noisy and flimsy. The netting always comes off at the top and the ladder is not great. I would return it if I could.

This trampoline was a breeze to put together and the jumping mat itself is very durable. The trampoline withstood 7 kids ages 6-10 jumping for four hours straight. The only reason for the 4 star review vs a 5 star one is because the idea of having the net away from the poles to avoid kids hitting them is cool, but turns out not ideal. The top net keeps disconnecting, so currently working on a solution for that. (Picture shows the design of the top of the net, not it disconnected) ... show more
