I have learned to enjoy cooking in my backyard again! I've smoked jerky, 3 racks of pork ribs, a whole chicken...and that's just in the past 2 weeks. I can't get enough of this thing. It's SO easy to operate. Traeger has their website where you can learn a ton of things about the smoker, how to smoke different things, tons of recipes AND you can get on the youtube channel and watch Matt, a master at his craft when he shows you everything you need to know about smoking different things. Look for Meat Church BBQ on utube and you'll find him. The grill/bbq/smoker/recipes, etc. will give you all the info you need to make your own ribs. Like I'll show below this review. ... show more

Cooks great tasting food. There is a learning curve. You have to cook something a few times to get it done the way you like it. But once you know what you’re doing it’s great!!

The traeger pellet grill is the absolute best and I am so glad I made this purchase. Traeger is the best grill o have ever had. Temperature control is excellent and stays. It is so easy to use I cook almost every meal on it. You just turn it on set the temperature and in just a few short minutes the grill heats to the set temperature, place your food on the grill set a timer and walk away. The media could not be loaded. Well packaged, assembled quickly. I plugged it in, went through the start up procedure, smoked/grilled a few different cuts of meat, let it go through its cool down process when I was finished and everything worked fantastic.     • Backyard BBQ Game Changer
This grill is awesome and makes you look like a BBQ Deity. The probes ensure you don't overcook you meat. Pellets are reasonably priced. A a local Big Box store they are even more reasonable. Grill was dented in shipping and I was able to correct the issue so it's not noticeable.
