I started drinking this tea once a day at 34 weeks and two cups a day at 37 weeks. It doesn’t taste bad and seemed fresh. However it didn’t do anything for me as far as the beliefs that it can make for an easier/quicker labor. I had a long labor and pushed for 2 hours. I also tried to use this tea to induce labor at 39 weeks, drinking about 5 cups a day for 2 days in a row with no luck. ... show more

I started drinking 2-3 cups a day as a recommendation to help with PCOS. Spearmint tea is known to lower testosterone levels in women. Since starting this along with taking a few other supplements and some other lifestyle changes this tea I believe has been a LIFE CHANGER.
