This is a good basic phone. Let me say, I don't play a lot of games on this phone. I used it for shopping, calling, contacts, and GPS. It's works better than other cheap phones I've owned, but it is slow with apps sometimes. The sound for music is a little tin like. It's not good stereo sounds...for calls the quality is okay, but it's not good for music. The screen can stay on all the time, except when on the phone's dial screen. It blacks out in about 10 seconds. It is necessary to press the on/off button on the phone to turn it back on. That button is also used to end calls. It is easy to disconnect a call when you don't want to...If you make a mistake and press the button twice, the call is ended. You can set the phone so that the screens says on all the time, but that dialing screen will still blackout. It doesn't just dim. The screen blacks out. I find this irritating. That is one feature I really don't like on this phone. The battery charge life is average, It charges moderately fast. . It has all the google features...GPS, voice driving directions, google mail, google drive, youtube. etc.. There are features that help with vision and hearing problems. It has a sensitive touch screen. You can hide the home row icons at the bottom of the screen. I like that if i just swipe to the right I can get access to the internet to search on google. You can also just use your voice and the phone will do your searching on the internet. Features can be set for nightime use. The screen can change colors to avoid eye strain. The flashlight will flash when receiving call at night. the flash is in addition to the ringtone. You can change how big the words appear on screen, if you go into the settings, and press "Font". As far as features go, This inexpensive phone has most things the moderately priced LG phones have. If looking for a basic phone and not too concerned with sound quality and speed in accessing apps then this is a good phone. If using as a driver for Uber, Doordash or any job that communicates by apps.....I do not recommend. It can be too slow for that and could become a source of frustration by running slow just when you need the phone to be responding fast. Also, when on a call and that call screen keeps going black every few seconds..... it is really irritating. Tracfone is a reliable network. They have good reception in most places. The only place i couldn't use my phone was in the pool. They don't drop calls. They have better plans than they used too. Many of the plans include unlimted talk and text. The used to didn't have that. You can purchase a plan for as long as a year. Your minutes and text and data carry over if you choose a plan based on minutes instead of unlimted talk. ... show more

Battery drains while not in use. Much too slow for most games, even Pokémon GO. Easily the worst phone I've ever bought. Get the Galaxy A01 for $10 more, it's FAR better.

With a generous internal space of 32 Gigs, a crisp, clean screen, and a bit more responsive than most phones you get from tracfone, there is still many problems with this model as it tends to malfunction on such things like glitching when using apps, closing them immediately, and not allowing you to upload mp4 videos from the device to said social media apps and sites. Not sure what the problem is, but it would even refuse to play any videos you make on previews as well. This after a few days since I turned it on for the first time. I always had a feeling tracfone simply sends out phones that are already discontinued in the market and the cheap, affordable prices like on this one would mirror such decisions, but if you don't mind having it for anything else like making phone calls instead of uploading your latest tik tok video, then I can say it is an affordable choice than most. UPDATE: The speaker on this phone is also a thing to take in mind as it sounds very sub-par when playing back videos or music. ... show more

They doubled the storage of their previous LG rebel 4 at about the same price and much else is improved, even comes with an extra button below the volume control to activate a bootleg siri (Cortana, I believe, cant remember), very fast for the current generation of phones, especially for a cheap one. ... show more
