REALLY wanted this to work for my nephew. Such a cool concept. Batteries are VERY DIFFICULT to seat and mine had a short in wiring near battery so it would not work unless I held it tight, which f course you can't do and use it. Not getting a replacement because for the price it should be much better quality. Also, there are ZERO instructions on how to even get battery seated right, had to spend an hour and a half looking at reviews online for someone - anyone - to explain. The video on amazon shows the guy attaching battery then cuts to a shot of him screwing on the cover. My guess is because it took him a looooong time to seat the thing. Just shouldn't be this cheaply made for this price point. Better ones elsewhere I'm sure...BTW, there is also ZERo chance a child can set this up themselves. The screws are tiny, easy to strip, and again, no instructions... ... show more

Good for the money. Battery life is not long. It’s a pain to get 5 tiny screws out to change the battery every 20 minutes. The car ran great and the water feature is awesome. My 6yo loved it. But his 4yo sister wanted to play with it and she picked it up and dropped it only 2 ft off the ground and the wheel broke off. It still worked with 3 wheels. And she dropped it again and another wheel broke off. So it’s trash now. Buying another for the boy to replace what his sister broke. But just be careful not to drop the car on any hard surface. ... show more

Bought this as a gift to my 3 year old son. It says it goes on the water, it doesn’t. Once you try, there will be water inside of the battery and it’s done. Battery will last 20min then you need to charge it again for hours. My husband had to fix it once because it stopped working after the 1st day.
