Overall we are very happy with this indoor basketball hoop. It was easy for us to assemble and is both easy to use and easy to relocate to other doors. Most hoops like this are more simple in nature and don't have the electronics, so that's really what sets this apart. I'd say it does add a bit of noise just by the nature of it, but also from some banging against the door, but I didn't think it was excessive. Simple electronics and decent breakaway functionality. Overall a nice hoop!

Update: Lowering to 4 stars. There should be foam behind the hardware that attaches the hoop to the backboard. My son's door is now gouged from the impact when the ball hits it. Original review: Nice upgrade to the foam version I had when I was a kid. The pump is cheap but functional. It's nice that there are little balls. They hold air well. The hoop and backboard are a nice size and look good too. Recommended
