These things were a PERFECT FIT and make an enormous difference in the appearance and in the ability to see in so many directions behind the vehicle! If you are suffering with the little 2500 mirrors CHANGE THEM!!! Takes about 2 hours total. Make sure you get a remover for the plastic hold downs in the door panels. Remove about 4 small screws, use the tool to remove the plastic holders and then just unscrew the old and insert the new. TOTALLY PLUG AND PLAY!

Mirrors are very nice and sturdy. Hardly any shake going down the road and the extra lights make it very nice reversing! Just a FYI you can run the power feed for the lights off the underhood fuse block using the the trailer backup light fuse. This will power them up in reverse with out over complicated wire tapping. Abd that light when unlocking the truck.

They look great, but on my model of truck I had to run a separate wire for backup lights, however they do come with wire leads that you use to get inside truck cab but I had to run my own wire from reverse light feed. I wished they sent instruction for the mirrors and clues to hook up for those who encounter my issue.

Initially appeared decent mirrors at decent price. Once installed, discovered one mirror was scratched from factory. It took some effort to install therefore we did not pursue replacement since already installed. 5 mos after installation on a vehicle that only travels less than 500 miles a month, one mirror will not stay in place on the extension slide and has reached the point of overextension (see photo). I submitted a request for assistance since there is a 1 year "warranty". Their warranty is essentially worthless as it covers only "internal like power". I would never buy these again. Buyer beware.

Easy to install. When I had received the mirrors the right side mirror would not position properly to be usable. I contacted the seller and they sent me a complete other set and told me to keep what they had sent originally. With a proper positioning passenger mirror everything was fine. Easy to install and they have worked perfectly since installation. Had them for close to a year and I like them much better than the factory originals. The bottom convex mirror makes driving and backing much easier an safer. I can now see along the sides of my truck much easier. A person told me at the gas station once that the turn signal in the mirror had alerted him to my turning when for some reason he had not noticed the regular signal. Very happy with this product, the manufacturer and their customer service. They cost much less than purchasing from the truck dealer and appear to be similar to the factory installed tow mirrors. I get a new truck and buy these aftermarket mirrors. Save the money and get the same or better quality.

These mirrors do look fantastic, as an update on the GMT800 platform, BUT the mirrors, when mounted firmly, have an upward tilt which looks horrible. From the front, when I got these mounted, I was horrified to see the angle, which made them hideous. I first removed the small cap that enclosed the swivel mechanism that allows them to be folded in. There are four retaining bolts that clamp the mirror in place, to the spring mechanism that holds them out and holds them when folded in. I loosened the two bottom nuts, then removed the top nuts and placed 3 small washers behind them, as spacers. Once tightened, the mirrors were level and looked WAYYY better. The only issue is, due to the tilt away from the base, the trim caps won't reattach. So, until I 3D print some modded caps to fit, I run capless. Still looks far, far damn better though.
