I took the advice of others and opted not to add raw ice to the cooler, and instead used ice packs. Kept everything nice and cool for our fishing trips/amusement park days. Pockets on the sides are nice, and I absolutely love that there are velcro strips on the top so that you can have easy access to the inside once it's loaded (There's a full zipper to open the top when loading) 10/10 Would buy again ... show more

This rolling soft cooler from Tourit is well made and offers some nice features and versatility. It can be used on its own with the shoulder strap, or attached to the rolling cart that comes with it. The 600D oxford cloth exterior seems very durable. All the stitching also appears to be high quality. No fraying or missing stitching to be found. The 1.5" wide shoulder strap seems plenty strong enough to handle the weight of the cooler full of beverages and ice, though the padding could be a bit thicker. There are 8 loops on the front of the cooler (MOLLE system type loops) for attaching any number of things via carabiner. The wheels are 4" in diameter, and have a sort of all terrain tread. I don't know what material they are, they're much too hard to be urethane, but seems softer than regular plastic. They seem like they will hold up well over time. The cart is interesting in that the platform folds up so that it takes up little storage space. The telescopic handle can be a little deceiving. I initially thought it only had two sections, and was concerned that it was too short for me, but then after using it a couple times I realized it has three sections. It just takes a bit more of a tug to extend it fully to its 39.5" height. More vertically challenged types will probably be fine with the lower handle height. The cooler has performed well so far. I recently placed 12 canned beverages in it, along with three medium sized pyrex containers of food and three medium sized ice packs (approx. 8"x8"). After about 6 hours inside a very warm home, the few remaining beverages were still just as cold as when I placed them in there. I cannot attest to the 12 hour cold retention claim as I have not needed to use it for that long, but I will do some additional testing with ice cubes to see how long they actually last. I also cannot attest to the claim of 50 can capacity, but I imagine if it could hold 50 cans there certainly would be no room for ice. I would say 24 cans with ice is a bit more realistic. The only thing so far that I would improve on is the way the cooler is secured to the cart. As is it has a strap that goes around the telescopic handle. It would greatly benefit from a strap or clip of some sort that secures it to the base of the cart so the whole thing can be lifted by the cooler strap as a unit, as lifting it by the telescopic handle is awkward, and I imagine might lead to failure if the cooler was fully loaded. Overall, I am very happy with this cooler. I can't wait to see how it performs in warmer weather. For the price I think this is a very good value. ... show more

It came folded up and took 5 min to open and set up It has a nice should strap option but good wheels It’s smaller than I thought but will work good for the lake. Not sure about if it keeps things cold yet
