We ordered this for our Disney trip. We used reusable gallon size bags filled with ice to keep our stuff cold. Probably would work better with ice packs but we didn’t have any. We packed 2 gallon sized bags of ice, 6 regular sized bottles (water/Gatorade), sandwiches and snacks. My husband could feel the cold from the ice on his back which actually helped him get through the hot days at Disney. We used it everyday for a week. We picked this up for a beach trip and it did the job! No leaks at all and it kept ice intact and drinks cold for 6+ hours. Great capacity for 24+ cans. There are a few small pockets for snacks (I could always use more snack pockets but that’s a personal problem). Was able to pop koozies in the side pockets too.
