Runs very small not 32x32 as described. Blanket measures 29x29 so doesn't cover a 31 x 31 horse pad at all. Very nice blue colors! Blanket is more for a very small horse or pony blanket than any regular size horse. Will make a nice cat or small dog bed cover.
