The product was received quickly. It was easy to install. There was no issues with the drivers. Thank god. However the length of the cord that connect to the desktop is very short and the picture quality is very low. It works though so i can't complain. :)

The media could not be loaded. I purchase this pos Touch screen monitor and in less than a month of use it brake down. I contacted the supplier and all they are doing is going around the issues. Item arrived on item. excellent packaging. Hooking up the equipment was easy. However the driver in the CD provided does not work well with Windows 8 or 8.1. Called the manufacturer (AngelPOS Canada) helpdesk. Disappointing support from the manufacturer. Directed me to a link which I had already visited and downloaded the latest driver, which again did not work with Win 8. Finally loaded the Win 7 driver (provided in the CD) with Win 8 OS and it installed the setup perfectly. After that the Touch Screen worked perfectly. Would have given a 5 star had the Win 8 driver done its job. Nonetheless good value for money. ... show more

We are using this unit with a personal computer running Windows XP. It is a workhorse! It is understandable why it is still in use at so many commercial point-of-sale applications. Wife has a severe non-essential tremor and can no longer use a mouse with either hand. This unit solved her problem and she has already logged many hours on the unit with no difficulty.
