The product was received quickly. It was easy to install. There was no issues with the drivers. Thank god. However the length of the cord that connect to the desktop is very short and the picture quality is very low. It works though so i can't complain. :)

Bought two of these to use in a seasonal restaurant POS setup... I only got a couple of months out of each unit. One touch screen completely stopped working and only functions as a monitor now. The other one might as well be junk, because if anyone touches the bezel on the monitor it stops reading the touches until someone twists and squeeze on the bezel to get it to start reading again. I would give it zero stars if I could. Stand wobbles like a bobblehead...You need one hand holding it steady to be able to read the screen. Cables are permanently attached so they can not be swapped if something happens to them. Cheap product, poor quality. Would look great in a dumpster! ... show more

We are using this unit with a personal computer running Windows XP. It is a workhorse! It is understandable why it is still in use at so many commercial point-of-sale applications. Wife has a severe non-essential tremor and can no longer use a mouse with either hand. This unit solved her problem and she has already logged many hours on the unit with no difficulty. Item arrived on item. excellent packaging. Hooking up the equipment was easy. However the driver in the CD provided does not work well with Windows 8 or 8.1. Called the manufacturer (AngelPOS Canada) helpdesk. Disappointing support from the manufacturer. Directed me to a link which I had already visited and downloaded the latest driver, which again did not work with Win 8. Finally loaded the Win 7 driver (provided in the CD) with Win 8 OS and it installed the setup perfectly. After that the Touch Screen worked perfectly. Would have given a 5 star had the Win 8 driver done its job. Nonetheless good value for money. ... show more

    • Great touch terminal
I use this with our restaurant POS, its touch response is excellent. I recommend it, drivers were an issue with XP 64, but once I found a driver that worked it functions perfect.
