Like everyone else, I put this into the Hyte case. My 3D printer is packed so I just put a strip of electrical tape across the bottom of the glass, the hot glued the unit into place. Not best practice but good if you need to move things later. The two boards got some minor taping around the edges to avoid scrapes, cover the LED, and keep the cables in place, and everything lives in the compartment under the case. Cables run out the hard disk access on the back of the case. Haven't found software I love yet, but the photo is of Wallpaper Engine. Looks amazing nonetheless, great quality piece of gear. I did have one issue, which is that the black outline is a bit more than double the size on the side where the ribbon cable attaches than it is on the other side. It's a minor thing on this machine, but if I were building for a competition I would use a product that did not have this issue. Bottom line, easy to install if you've worked with old school hardware, Arduino, or just have strong working knowledge of PC builds.

Display is very clear and has great viewing angle which is to be expected from a modern LCD panel. The display came securely packaged and included an extra ribbon cable. I like that it can be used with only the main PC board board hooked up. For my application I do not need any control anything other than what can be done with Windows. Display connected to my PC without any issues. Simply Hook up your micro USB and mini HDMI and it just works. Would recommend to anyone looking for this size display.

Given this is a screen made for specific use it works just fine. However the description says Micro HDMI, but I believe it’s Mini HDMI. Other then that, this worked as expected. It would be nice if there was a case for the screen.

Bought this for my HYTE computer case instead of waiting for theirs to come back in stock. Found a few YouTube videos for install and voila! Pretty much plug and play as long as you have a plan for cord management. I used black electrical tape and snaked the cords behind my motherboard. The graphics seem great, colors are bright, I use wallpaper engine and rainmeter to show cool animated wallpapers and clock/calendar/computer stats. No problems so far.

Didn't realize the order doesn't come with a Mini-HDMI to HDMI adapter, and had to search for a power supply, no big deal. Gotta read the fine print I suppose. I'll update this review when I get the display working tomorrow.

This display works well for the HYTE Y60. This particular listing doesn't (at least at the time) include a power source/cable or a display cable, which I was fine with as I wanted to source my own. My display is powered by an internal USB header to micro USB cable, and I have a mini HDMI to HDMI cable routed out the back of my case to my GPU. I have yet to print/source a backplate or mount for this display as some 2" electrical tape is doing a decent job covering the back and holding it to the top and bottom of the case.
