I got the 3-pack TOSY Flying Ring for my 9-year-old nephew's birthday (couldn't decide on the colors) and let me tell you, it is an amazing purchase!! Not only does it light up so beautifully, it's also lightweight, so easy to throw, and the rim is super super soft. And the reaction from my nephew? Priceless! I was very surprised and disappointed in this toy in that it was basically a plastic ring with LED lights. Maybe if it had cost $10 I would have loved it; but for around $30, it was a rip-off.

At $30 a piece, these flying rings are pretty expensive for what they are. 12 LEDs and a plastic disk. I'm guessing ~$1.00 In materials. On the bright side they are pretty cool and fun to play with. The LEDs light up automatically when thrown. The packaging says there is a "lost mode" but no explanation on how this works or how to activate it.
