I ordered this purse in the color Tiramisu. Shopbop sent me a black one . Now my money is tied up and I have no purse for 15 days! I think this being their mistake and now holding my money and purchase hostage is ridiculous and poor customer service considering it is their mistake! I will certainly look elsewhere before buying from them again. Lesson learned The purse itself is fantastic as I had the suede brown for winter. Holds all my essentials and very stylish and sturdy! Beautiful bag. It’s roomier than I expected and the quality is impeccable. I’m impressed with Tory Burch! I love the unique crossbody/shoulder strap and the way you tighten the bag to close by pulling one side of the threaded straps. I love this bag. I’ll definitely be buying more Tory Burch bags. Love this bag. Perfect. Not too big, not too small. The strap is the perfect length and adjustable for crossbody or shoulder. The color works well (macadamia) with most of my clothes. Quality is nice and packaging was great. Would like it in black too.
