Not sure if I received a returned item but the one I got looked like was repackaged. Styrofoam pieces over the packaging bag as I opened the box and I had a bad feeling, and wouldn’t you know it the back corners had some pretty bad damage. It’s only for a garage project so a bit of scratch and dent wouldn’t have mattered that much but this is too much. Willing to reroll the dice for another one as it’s the perfect size for what I need. Quality of the stainless steel is great besides the issues I ran into. - Edit after receiving replacement. The replacement sink is absolutely flawless. [Update @ May 5th 2023 ] After I found the quality issue, I immediately contacted TORVA via email and phone message. Linda from TORVA support team contacted me by phone, and she immediately arranged new sink delivery after I explained what happened to the sink. Linda sincerely apologized for the delay caused by the quality issue. We both agree the issue can happen during manufacturing, QC or transportation, Linda also arranged full refund. Blow is quote from Linda's email "Please don’t worry. Again,I’m truly sorry for this happened. Our brand TORVA is committed to service first, consumers just buy the product to enjoy it,any and all services are left to us." New Sind arrived perfectly flat and square, no issue at all. See the newly updated photo. Linda' support and effort are beyond my expectation, and she deserves a big promotion! 5 stars to TORVA. ============Original Post @ April 20th 2023 ========================================== The sink is not flat, and it is twisted. As you can see from photos, there is about 3/16" gap all the way at one side. Not only it is not flat, it is not even square. The package was delivered in perfect condition without any damage, so QA must be the issue. Found other reviewer had similar issue, which can not be fixed using caulking. Bondo or JB welding might be able to fill the gap, but I expect the product to be flat and square out of box. Very disappointed. ... show more

This is a quality sink, I'm using it for a bar and i could not be happier. I was surprised with the weight of the sink and the sound dampening. It’s solid and a nice size. Mine was a little dented on one corner and seemed to be slightly warped but that possibly could have been my cabinet. I straightened the bent corner and since it was going in my RV, I didn’t worry over it. I’m pleased with it.

Well packaged and arrived in beautiful shape. My only concern in the template in the box indicates it’s an undercount not drop in. I see no reason it can be done has a drop-in. Will be updating if it doesn’t work out.

'The sink we ordered from Torvo is a nice looking sink in person. It's a good sturdy metal and looks like a quality product. The price was great for the quality of the sink. Most importantly; when the sink arrived it was a little bent and would not sit flat on the counter. We emailed the company through amazon, we heard back from them very quickly. We sent them photos as they requested. They called to discuss us possibly keeeping the sing and attempting to bend it back. We agreed to try it and they offered a deep discount on the sink for our troubles. The lady who called to discuss our options was kind, pleasant, courtious, and eager to make things right with us. They in fact gave us the discout as promiced. I would confidently do business with Torvo in the future. ... show more
