The sloth was adorable, but because it has long hair it was shedding too much, I had to return it. My baby always has his hands in his mouth so as soon as he touched the sloth, his hands were covered in hair, definitely not ok. I am going to try the elephant since it doesn't have long hair. Also, this pacifier design doesn't work for him, i don't understand how it's supposed to stay in his mouth when he's not actively suckling it, it just falls right out. The MAM brand pacifiers can be used with this, just get the ones that come with the pacifier clip ... show more

My baby likes to hold things now so this is a cute way of helping him not lose the pacifier and it’s not built into the stuffed animal which is great so I can change the pacifier as he grows

Honestly, my daughter LOVES the sloth pacifier and sleeps so much better with it. At this point, she removes the pacifier from the sloth. She hugs the sloth when going to sleep and plays with thr tag to help her fall asleep. We have 3 of them so we can keep 1 at daycare, 1 in the diaper bag, and 1 at home for the crib. I knocked 1 star because while the 1st sloth was perfect, the 2nd sloth's velcro doesn't stay fastened, and they completely changed the material on the 3rd sloth. It seems like they switched to a shiny material and the newer version looks like the sloth has a receding hairline...nowhere near as cute or nice in my opinion. Luckily, my daughter will take them all, but I consider these quality control issues. For some kids, this could be a deal-breaker if they notice any difference. ... show more
