Not sure if I received a returned item but the one I got looked like was repackaged. Styrofoam pieces over the packaging bag as I opened the box and I had a bad feeling, and wouldn’t you know it the back corners had some pretty bad damage. It’s only for a garage project so a bit of scratch and dent wouldn’t have mattered that much but this is too much. Willing to reroll the dice for another one as it’s the perfect size for what I need. Quality of the stainless steel is great besides the issues I ran into. - Edit after receiving replacement. The replacement sink is absolutely flawless. 'The sink we ordered from Torvo is a nice looking sink in person. It's a good sturdy metal and looks like a quality product. The price was great for the quality of the sink. Most importantly; when the sink arrived it was a little bent and would not sit flat on the counter. We emailed the company through amazon, we heard back from them very quickly. We sent them photos as they requested. They called to discuss us possibly keeeping the sing and attempting to bend it back. We agreed to try it and they offered a deep discount on the sink for our troubles. The lady who called to discuss our options was kind, pleasant, courtious, and eager to make things right with us. I bought this sink along with a faucet and glass rinser for my wet bar. Couldn't be happier! It came in great condition and is absolutely machined to perfection. It's low profile design looks slick and fits perfectly flat on the counter. Just lay clear silicone around the edge of the opening in the countertop (use template to cut opening) and drop it in. The drying rack in the bottom meets my needs to a tee! Feels extremely durable and has an awesome gunmetal finish. Well packaged and arrived in beautiful shape. My only concern in the template in the box indicates it’s an undercount not drop in. I see no reason it can be done has a drop-in. Will be updating if it doesn’t work out.

It’s solid and a nice size. Mine was a little dented on one corner and seemed to be slightly warped but that possibly could have been my cabinet. I straightened the bent corner and since it was going in my RV, I didn’t worry over it. I’m pleased with it.
