I recently got my hands on the Torras case for the Samsung Fold 7, and right from the packaging, it’s clear Torras knows how to impress. The sleek black box is thin, elegantly branded, and opens from the front like a book—revealing the case nestled neatly inside. I loved how the inner flap lifts to present the two parts of the case: the back piece on the left, the front on the right. Thoughtful details like foam lining and a crisp white branded wrap add a premium feel. Beneath the front cover, Torras includes screen cleaning accessories and a couple of protectors—nice touch. But it’s the case itself that really shines. Slim, lightweight, and refined, it hugs the Fold 7 perfectly. The rear cover has a subtle raised lip around the camera lens for added protection, and small magnets discreetly secure the front to the back. The texture feels upgraded, and compared to the Fold 6 case, this is a noticeable evolution. The addition of magnets alone makes it a massive improvement. This TORRAS case is exactly what I was looking for. It comes with everything you need: screen protectors, hinge protection, and full coverage for the front and back. The fit is absolutely spot on, with all the cutouts lining up perfectly. What I really love is the grip. It feels super comfortable in the hand and gives you that extra peace of mind that it won’t just slip out. Even with the protection, the case is really slim and doesn’t make the phone feel bulky or heavy at all. The raised edges around the screen are a nice touch, it adds a bit of extra protection if you drop your phone facedown. I’ve used TORRAS cases on past Fold models, and they’ve always been reliable. This one is no different. If you’ve got a Galaxy Z Fold 7, I definitely recommend this case. Design Aesthetics The packaging is attractive and polished, building excitement that what's inside the box will be high quality. The strategically placed thank you label was a nice touch Hands-on Feel The case feels lightweight and smooth in the hand while providing a firm enough grip for a sense of security Material The material looks like flexible silicone or rubberized hard plastic that would hold up to accidental drops. Material holds up to hand oils and scratches, would be interested in seeing how it holds up over time Functionality1 Without having the phone weigh to properly access its function, the magnetic side hinge seems to hold up well when flipping and gripping from the back of the case. The black and frost gray color and sleek, rounded square edges protect the phone without intrusive interference with screen use. The built-up camera support is nice, and the screen protector, given the phone's design, is a plus, as it does not have to be purchased separately. The back magnetic does not appear strong, which would be a concern with the phone's weight. Would like to see a stronger magnet, especially since this is a massive feature of the case Overall Quality The case's material and design appear well thought out, displaying what one would want in a quality case; the only letdown is the back magnetic strip , Torras did reach out to explain about the magnet issue. Their response: "Our magnet features N52 neodymium magnets with toroidal alignment, securely holding MagSafe-compatible accessories. This case for the upcoming release of the Z Fold 7 came on time and in nice packaging. When I opened the box to remove the case you can tell this is going to be a very solid case. Once opened and in my hand, I am instantly impressed by the build quality. The case also comes with a tempered glass screen protector. When installing the included screen protector just put on cover frame (the smaller screen) then the screen protector is easy to install in the perfect position. I have been using this brand of cases for my Z Fold 6 and my s25 Ultra and have had only great experiences. I like to buy and change cases but this brand of case I tend to go back to due to the protection, grip and overall appearance. This Z Fold 7 case is the same quality you come to expect. Comes with the hinge protection (a huge plus) for the protection of the Fold device. Buy this case to get the ultimate protection from life's ups and downs and the occasional drop. You won't be disappointed. You get excellent customer service who will help you if and when the need may arise. ... show more
