I put this scope on my Ruger RPR, which is redundant because it is the Ruger Precision Rifle. I had narrowed down my selection to a Nightforce Atackr and Vortex Razor. Both are at the $3000 price point. However, I noticed that more and more shooters locally were showing up with Tract Toric scopes. So, I had an opportunity to use it. The focal point at long range is excellent and the ring distortion was nominal. It proved to be a crystal clear picture and had a very smooth and precise focusing travel once I attached a focus loop. The price for this scope is phenomenal. I checked Tract in my research and found a company that is small and family-owned. They build high-quality scopes at reasonable prices. The scope is amazing for the money. Glass is very clear. I have several friends that shoot long range using a wide array of scopes and this compares to higher dollar scopes. It is very bright. No scope is perfect in trying to see past 1500 yards. I have looked through Vortex Razors, Nightforce, Zisse Etc... and you cannot beat this for the money. I have used to shoot out to the 1- mile. Detail and clarity of this optic is on par with optics that cost almost twice as much. Currently on a 6.5 creedmoor, but will definitely be going with Tract on my next setup, likely 6mm creedmoor or 6 GT. The 100% no questions asked warranty is nice too.
