The media could not be loaded. My husband assembled pretty quickly/easily. All parts were accounted for. We have 4 e-bikes & 3 regular bicycles. All 7 fit. Cons: The e-bikes weigh 60lbs each with the batteries. We removed the batteries & they still bent the hooks- totally still usable (for the time being) but bent none the less. I’m skeptical of the 60lbs per hook limit. On the side with 4 bikes, it’s very tight with the handlebars all touching/overlapping Pros: all 7 bikes fit & takes up the footprint of about 4 bikes. We have had the bike rack for a few months and it has worked out really well for us. The only thing I would recommend is to zip ties wheel hooks because they then to fall off when you are racking the bikes.
