I was originally going to order the normal Topsky standing desk , but right when i was about to finish my order another option appeared for a more heavy duty version . So i went ahead and purchased this one since i was going to be using a solid wood butcher block style counter as the table top . I was very impressed with the quality of the standing desk, materials are very sturdy and feel stout . Doesn't feel like cheap thin metal . The installation was pretty straight forward , i can say the manual is not a specific model manual but more of a generic manual for Topsky standing desk legs. Either way it was pretty simple to assemble once you get rolling. I recommend having two people to make it easier since moving the parts around and aligning the holes with the heavy parts is not super easy . The metal finish is somewhat of a Satin black finish, it is not glossy nor matte which is perfect for me . I had read in the reviews on the other Topsky model that the wiring was way to short for the controller , on this one all cables were long enough for easy install and plenty of length . Just make sure to plan out correctly in the install before you screw everything in . Performance wise , i have only had it a day or two but it is working perfectly . The motors are super quiet and smooth operation. It easily moves my Butcher block countertop and everything on it with ease. Im about 5'8" and when i raise it to a standing position the table or legs barely wiggle from side to side. at the moment my table measures 64 inches and i have the legs set 2 inches from the corner on each side. I can imagine this helps on reducing the wobble motion. I raised to its max setting which definitely is to tall for me but even at its highest setting it still feels pretty solid. Packaging was very good , all parts were individually foam protected and the company gives you plenty of mounting hardware . One note on the installation, in the manual it does not mention to insert the hole guides to help you place the screws for the extension rails. I later found that viewing the video they provide in the manual , it mentions the use of the guides. Please use them, it will make guiding the screws a lot easier for install . At first, I was a little concerned about this product, after weeks of reviewing others I decided to purchase the latest version, and so far I am extremely happy. I only ordered the base as I already have a countertop, as noted on the images and video. I have four screens Two are 21 inch and the other two are 24 inch, desk goes up and down with no problem. Very quiet and super sturdy, no wobble. definitely will recommend, actually, already did to my colleagues. It comes with everything you need to set up just make sure you plan how you gonna run cables under it and before you secure cables make sure they are long enough for when you raise the desk you don’t want to be pulling any hardware equipment ... show more

So far this has been a great purchase. Easy to put together though i recommend just giving one of the assembly videos on YouTube a watch first. I used the Topysky desk top with this and everything lined up well. great value. over all i have a dual monitor arm attached to the desk [added a 1/2 inch 8x6 inch piece of wood in the monitor arm clamp to help spread the wight] and my pc set on the desk. it is really stable even at a high setting. There is a little wobble but what you would expect from a and standing desk. would defiantly recommend. ... show more

I used the heavier duty legs to support a 74 inch by 25 by 1.75 inch butcher block slab desk. It was even better than expected! Lowers to about 29 inches and raises to 49 inches, it's fairly quiet, fast enough, and very stable. Assembly was easy and directions were clear and made sense to me. The only thing that was unclear was what kind of fastners to use for a wood top because the directions indicated using a machine bolt that would not work in wood. So I did by some number 12 flat head wood screws about 1 inch long and that worked fine. Organizing the wires and boxes was simple and the only thing I had to "think " about was how to mount the actually power/transformer box to the desk because it has no mounts built in. I ended up using double sided sticky tape on the power box and I stuck to the underside of the wood desk near the right leg. Works great no complaints and I wish I had bought one sooner! ... show more
