Purchased this dress for a wedding and it is beautiful and flattering. The dress has a little stretch to it and the lace is soft but has substance. The sequins are the same color as the dress and add a subtle touch. I am 5'4", 218 lbs., typically a plus size 16. This dress runs a bit large, so I tried a plus 14 and it fit well but a bit tighter than I like. The plus 16 size fit a bit loose but was a more flattering silhouette for my figure. The jacket hit me just at the hip and does not have a closure. This is an excellent choice for a dressier look and can be paired with shoes and bag of your choice. Comfortable and Pretty

This is a really comfortable dress, the lace is not at all scratchy or itchy. I bought the 20W and will need to have it taken in a bit on the sides, only because I'd like it to have a bit more shape. I'm 5'4", 215 lbs, and normally a size 18 or 18w pant and 2x in tops. This was generously sized for me, but definitely longer than I would have liked. Because I'm fairly short, it hits me kind of weird, like between my calf and my ankle. This dress is perfect! I needed a navy dress for my sons wedding. This dress was more expensive than the others I bought to try, but worth every penny! I am 5”4, 228 lbs pear shaped. This dress size 18W ( the “W” 18 Women’s, makes a big difference. It’s cut just a bit fuller in the hips and I needed this) My low hip measurement is 57, waist 41 bust 44. I have never felt so nice in a dress and have it fit so well! The navy is a good Medium to dark shade, and the dress has just enough of a sparkle with out being too flashy. I have larger upper arms and the jacket sleeve had plenty of room and camouflaged my upper arms well. At 5”4 it hits about 3-4 inches below my knee (tea legnth). I feel beautiful in this dress! Too granny looking
Dress seemed to be well made and felt comfortable. It was rather loose on top but fit well the rest of the way. Shoulder area was rather large. Although the dress was nice, I looked a bit too 'granny-ish' for my likes. Was looking at this dress for a wedding and thought the color was too drab as well. It really just wasn't my style I guess. I returned the dress and the return was simple and easy although the refund did not go back to my charge card it came in as an Amazon account credit which wasn't expected and would have preferred it go back to my CC which is how it was paid for. ... show more

Great fit!

Fits exactly for the size ordered. This was a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding reception. It was exactly the color that I needed and fit very well. It was comfortable and did not wrinkle. The only negative that I would give it was the glitter that was woven into the fabric. Everyone knew where I had sat down because glitter was everywhere. I am not 12 and I do not need glitter in my attire. Other than the glitter trail, it was a fantastic purchase. I never thought I would buy a dress from amazon, but due to the pandemic, I had no other choice. Luckily for me everything worked out well.
