The whistle works (actually sounds nice), is very good quality; the included instructions are pretty detailed but rather long winded. If you’re using this type of product, you probably already know how to use it. The main zip lock type package is pretty strong and can be reused to store the whistle in your toolbox. It also includes a small bag with two spare O-rings so make sure you don’t miss those.

Great tool to have especially when your old man is always upgrading his bikes with fancy parts (heads, carbs, performance cams, and the likes) now I don't have to aggravate the crap out of him when he wants help getting TDC and he keeps missing it.

This Top Dead Center Tool is a handy and reliable accessory for timing and valve adjustments. It fits well on both 14mm and 18mm spark plug ports, making it versatile for different engines. The whistle is loud and clear, helping me accurately find TDC during distributor installation. It’s such a silly but great way to find TDC on an engine's without removing the head. Previously, I was going to go with a piston stopper that screws into the spark plug hole, but I liked that this one was non-inteference and whistles.

Very useful to locate approximate Top Dead Center for cylinder leak testing.

I seldom adjust my valves, but locating TDC are difficult to see on my motor. The whistle solved that problem and it is easy to tell when you reach TDC.
