I used to get the "cheap" sunglasses from kohl's but those are 16 bucks each when you get them on sale and my boys loose sunglasses all the time! Instead of getting mad and wasting my money I gave these a go. They love them! I can tell they think they look very cool in them and since they get 4 pairs I'm not in a constant mary go round to the store. They are for real polarized sunglasses and since they have my eye color (very light) I'm so greatful for anytime they can protect themselves from the sun's rays especially since we live in Colorado so close to the sun and travel so much to the beach. They are very lightweight and fairly comfortable, though they feel as if they could fall off when moving around in them. They DO provide a lot of dark to block the sun. But they are rather flimsy and easily break. One small jolt (as in knocking a pair off an 18-inch-high table) will cause at least one lens to pop out. And pressure on a pair in your pocket can break the stems off. The lens was extremely difficult to get back into place. But they were very inexpensive, so perhaps it's simply a matter of "you get what you pay for". ... show more

Updated info. Love these sunglasses BUT THEY HAVE A DESIGN/MANUFACTURING FLAW. Have 8 pairs of these glasses. After just a few months I have three. The glasses break without warning and without cause in about the same place on each pair. The temples (long pieces that hook over your ears) break about midway back. The pieces are molded to accommodate a strip of rubber designed to keep the glasses from slipping, but the glasses break where the material thins out for the rubber strip. It is a design flaw it appears. The glasses are super cheap probably because they are being dumped on the market rather than destroyed. I don't know. I'm not an engineer. The reviews that say the glasses break for no reason are not wrong, but they are so inexpensive I just treat them as throw aways. Have to reduce my star ratings. Live in AZ where sun glasses must be worn every day. Play a lot of tennis and pickleball. Bought pack of four glasses with dark lenses. Very happy with glasses so bought a second four pack of mixed gradients. Fit is perfect. Lower part of frame doesn't interfere with view of ball. So far no breakage, but at this price breakage is not a concern. Lenses definitely polarized. Tight fit to face makes them ideal for bow fishing. So far 5 stars. ... show more

I really like these shades. I try to keep several different colors on hand to match my outfits since I can’t go out into the sun without covering my eyes, and these work well. Unfortunately they’re not very strong as to their material. Any slight bending of the arms and they snap pretty easily. But I’ll continue to use them for as long as they last. ... show more
