To ensure consistency, I waited until I’d used 2 tubes of this masacara to ensure the first instance wasn’t a fluke - I can tell you, this mascara is some of the best ever. Between the formulation, brush, and color… Trifecta! I apply multiple coats, regardless of the mascara; but with this one, applying additional coats is cleaner as the brush and formula really prevent clumping. People are sleeping on this one! I've heard so many praises for Tarte's tubing mascara, but then I saw this one for $14, and knew I had to try it. I love that it does go on quite wet, so it's easy to apply, but dries quickly enough to keep the lashes separated.

I am so disappointed! I am glad I only bought the travel size because it clumps flakes very badly. I love their “Better Than Sex” reg mascara and as well as their waterproof. I wanted to try the tubing mascara because the reg gives me raccoon eye and the waterproof is just difficult to remove. I thought this would be the perfect mascara. I like the applicator, and I feel like it does make my lashes look so much longer than other mascaras I’ve tried. HOWEVER- I do find that it flakes heavily within a couple hours of wear. I’ve really liked this tubing mascara. I’m a long time user of the better than s*x mascara so thought I’d give this one a try. I do wish the packaging was more like the better than s*x just to amplify the luxurious feeling like that has but other than that I really like it and will continue using it. Easy to remove without losing any lashes. Definitely lengthens lashes and I love the tip of the brush so you can do more detailed places that are hard to reach. ... show more

Works ok. Doesn't lengthen very much. The bristles poke your eyes when trying to get close to the root of your lashes. Doesn't flake or smudge. It does get a bit clumpy when adding layers. My hunt for the "perfect mascara" goes on...

I love this tubing mascara! It goes on smoothly and the shape of the wand is perfect for the eyelashes on the inner and outer corners of the eye. This is more expensive than the brand I used before, but it is definitely worth it.
