I realized this wire at 19 Ga would be thin, but this seems even even flimsier than expected. However, since I am laying this on top of fencing to reduce opening size at the bottom, flimsiness should not be a factor. More annoying is that the manufacturer chose to cut off the height of the wire ABOVE the 24" cross wire, so the roll actually contains 23" of 1" square mesh and an inch of wire stubs sticking off one end of the roll. Those stubs are ABSOLUTELY USELESS for my application, so I actually only received 23" in height of 1" wire mesh. This is basically false advertising, and I am very disappointed.
