I grabbed the tomtoc 360° Protective Laptop Sleeve Set for my laptop and tablet put them in during daily commutes. First thing I noticed was the snug fit—it hugs the laptop tight, like it was made just for it. The padding feels legit, and the edges have extra cushioning that reassures me whenever I drop it into my backpack. The inside lining is soft so it won’t scratch the screen, and the zipper glides smooth without catching. The set also came with a smaller sleeve for my tablet, which has become its permanent home. Both sleeves are slim enough not to bulk up my bag, but sturdy enough to handle a few bumps. I’d say it’s built better than your average sleeve—and at a fair price. The 15" fits the Kamvas 13 Gen 3 (and stand) perfectly in the main space, plus plenty of room for the pen and accessories in the pouch + extra pocket. This is my second tomtoc bag and I'm extremely satisfied with their products. They are high quality and reasonably priced. Long lasting durability, easy to use, great feel, and the color matches my other tomtoc bag so I can use the accessory pouch with either. Highly recommend this! I did purchase a pre-owned (like new) version first but they sent the wrong size and without the accessory pouch, so I'd recommend buying new - even if the savings are tempting. ... show more

    • No nonsense protection for my 14" MacBook Pro

I think "sleeve" is a misnomer, in that it intimates that this is thin, or lightweight. It is not. This is serious protection; the sides are thickly padded, far more than is necessary if you're planning to slide it into a backpack, say. But if you like overkill, and the sense that your laptop is in a dense quilt rather than a blanket, this is for you. I'm especially taken with the soft liner material; it sort of feels like the tight fur of a small arctic creature. The two-way zipper works smoothly; it doesn't say YKK, but the quality seems as good. The corners are reinforced, as advertised, and would seem to provide extra protection should you drop it. The zippered outer pocket is good for some pages and a cable or two; there's not really any place to store a wall plug adapter, though. A grab strap might also be good, but i don't miss that much. It also comes with a slim zippered pouch, made of the same tough nylon fabric, approximately 8.5" x 5". It has two mesh pockets to organize cables and whatnot. I keep my mouse and charging cable in there. I'd say this falls in between a simple neoprene envelope sleeve, and a dedicated carrying case. ... show more

The soft interior and corner protection keep my laptop safe, and it’s easy to insert and remove the laptop without any fuss. It’s a bit bulky, but that’s the trade-off for proper protection. I'm not saying this is a bad thing... but seriously, it's really, really tight. I have an Incase hardshell case on the laptop (2024 MBP 16") The shell is truly the thinnest hardshell you can possibly get, and, it *will* zip-up closed— but I have to basically unfold the corners of the case then press them around the computer like the lid to a plastic take-out container. It's not a quick zip-and-go, compared to other soft sleeves. It's an extremely well made product and I *so* want to love it. I'm going to give it a week to "pack-out" and hope it gives jut a little. All it would take is just 1/4" to make it perfect. (probably the thickness of the hard shell, right? Sadly, I don't carry a $6000 laptop around without a shell on it. ... show more
