Since the back part is abit lower or something, it always fall down to the front, no matter how much items i put in. Never got issue with rain yet, so will update later. So far, it is my favorite, only the problem above 😮💨

Great build quality and lightweight which is what I am looking for in a carry bag. The disappointment I have is in its depth of compartments. I was also most disappointed in that there is no horizontal strap to hold my bag over the handle of my rolling carry on which helps alleviate the body stress through our huge airports and the inevitable walk from one concourse to the next. ... show more

Let me first start off by saying that I am a massive TomToc fan, I own at least a dozen of their products at this point and have up to this point have yet to have an issue with the quality or materials of their products. So to me this specific issue is very likely a one off fluke. With that being said, I had been using this specific backpack for only about a couple of days, under normal circumstances, only going back and forth to the office. And it was after those two days that I noticed the bottom of the water bottle holder pocket had ripped open unexpectedly, and I had only put a standard sized water bottle in it. I immediately contacted TomToc customer support, and was contacted in return by Cookie, who was extremely helpful and understanding. In order to make up for the apparent defect in the bag I had purchased, they ended up sending me another BRAND NEW backpack in this model as a replacement, free of charge! Needless to say I am extremely pleased with TomToc customer support and will continue to be a loyal TomToc customer for all of my bag/backpack/case needs in the future! ... show more

    • Sleek, nice quality book bag.
It looks really nice and has great build quality with a lot of sections / pockets. The straps are slightly thinner than I would like, but they seem solid.

This is a great bag. The quality and build is great. I wanted to like it more but for my needs the bag is too small. The way the bag opens about half way making it difficult to get items in and out from the bottom. The bag is quite rigid. It’s great for protecting electronics but doesn’t allow much give to fit other items. Slim electronics and books fit fine but packing a rolled up hoodie or rain jacket was cumbersome. Lastly I wasn’t a fan of the inside of the bag being all black. It would make it easier to find items if the interior of the bag was a lighter color. ... show more
