This handheld gaming device seems designed primarily for kids and casual players rather than adults looking for an authentic retro-gaming experience. The included library is organized into Classic, Casual, Puzzle, and Shooting categories. I am not familiar with the source of the games, although several titles in the Classic section have an NES-style look and feel. The build quality is surprisingly good for a lightweight plastic handheld. The casing feels solid, and the unit is comfortable even in adult hands. The LCD screen is clear and bright, making the games easy to see. Audio is somewhat muted, and the D-pad feels a little stiff, but the included analog stick provides a more comfortable control option. The biggest limitation is that the system does not retain settings or menu position after shutdown. The volume returns to its default level, and the main menu goes back to the first selection each time the unit is turned on. A pamphlet mentions the ability to add more games, but it does not provide instructions. I made several attempts and was unable to get that feature working. This is a really fun little handheld game system for kids, especially if you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a more expensive console and then another $40–$60 every time they want a new game. For $30, this already comes with 300 games built in, so there’s plenty to keep kids busy without buying anything extra. I’ve found something like this is especially useful for younger kids who aren’t quite old enough or responsible enough for a high-dollar gaming system yet. It’s also great for long car rides, road trips, flights, or waiting around somewhere, because it can keep them entertained for hours. The 3.2-inch screen is small but perfectly fine for a portable kids’ game, and the joystick and buttons are simple enough for them to figure out quickly. I also like that it’s rechargeable instead of constantly needing batteries. Obviously, it’s not going to have the same graphics or advanced games as a $300+ handheld system, but that’s not really the point. This handheld game system is definitely for kids. It is lightweight and plastic, but won't be super durable to hold up to heavy duty kid-use, or to falls and drops. The game screen is easy to see and colorful. There are no "known" or popular games within, but only just several choices of regular games at varying ability levels. My teen was not overly-impressed even though he likes "vintage" game consoles and pixelated games. He likes handheld games, but thought this was definitely for a younger crowd. The graphics are fine, and the songs and sounds are easy to hear and somewhat basic. Overall, this would be a fun game for travel or for a younger child to feel more like an older kid with their own handheld game. All the built-in options are sure to please for hours of play once fully charged.

Let’s start with, I’m old! All the new handheld games are way out of my league. This game is right up my alley. It’s like old school games. There’s not too much going on all at once, it’s easy to play. The hardest part is choosing the game you wanna play, and there are a lot of games to choose from. I’m a big fan of the bubble popping games and the maze games. There are also card games. This would be great for a long flight when you don’t have internet access. It’s small and easy to cary too.

There are a lot of games to choose from on this handheld console. All preloaded, so you don't have to download and install anything. The quality feels a bit weak and cheap for the price, however so far it is holding up just fine. Lots of the games are pretty easy to figure out, so definitely good for passing time and curing boredom. So far I've only charged it up once or off the package and the battery is still going. Good gift idea!

Bought this for the kids and it has been a big hit. The 3.2-inch color screen looks great, and having the built-in sound makes the games much more engaging. These games are very similar to the original Nintendo but different names, characters due to copyrights. My favorite part is the performance every game we've tried plays just fine with absolutely no glitching or lagging. With 300 games, it keeps them entertained for a long time. Only negative would be it’s very lightweight and feels a bit cheap. I however would recommend Great for the car, airplanes keeping them busy.
