The hub doesnt control any of the alarms, at least with what i got, so if you want to turn them off via disarm, it simply doesnt work. You need to manually turn them off if you want to disarm them. False advertising. I spent hours and hours truing to get it to work to no avail. Good on you if you can get it working, but im certainly not foreign to electronics, and i still couldnt get it to work. Returned. ... show more

Having this my only con is that I cannot get the on and off to be controlled remotely from my phone. However I live in one bedroom apartment with windows in all rooms and two doors. I added this onto all of them. All are left on and before opening/closing I simply turn whatever one I'm opening and closing manually on/off with a flick of the switch thats already on whatever door/window I am opening. Super easy to install super easy to use. I used some wall stickers to line up a few of mine to the frame of the door/window. I've had this for over a year now and its helped me sleep at night so much better. In addition I recommend this device and some security stickers for door/windows. ... show more

I get what I paid for I guess. The Bluetooth pairing doesn't work. Amazon offer return for refund but I already opened up half of the product and stick it on the doors and walls just to find out the Bluetooth pairing doesn't work nor the wifi connection. One of the alarm defects and making weird/small sounds. The manual comes with multiple products that i have to waste time reading thru every pages to get to my product. I have very hard time reading the small manual book. What a waste of money. Now I'm left with 3 alarm that have to be manually turned on/off instead of wireless. ... show more
