Living in Colorado we struggle having anything delivered alive. Ordered 50, all 50 alive on delivery. Floated them for 20 minutes, added some water and waited 20 minutes, then dumped them in a small (1,500 gallon) pond. They are happy, living the big life, and we are happy.

    • advice for buyers transportation gave ammonia burns it was not white spot I was wrong
my research tell me ....During transportation, whether purchasing fish from an online supplier or your local fish store, if preventive steps are not taken, toxic levels of ammonia in the bag shipping water can be reached in a rather short period of time. This applies just the same for the water in a transport container when packing up and moving fish as well. ... show more

Excellent. They arrived today and I brought the package in immediately. I followed the instructions when adding them to the tank. They were all alive when I placed them in the tank. They are food for a large aquatic frog. So far so good. The fish are swimming around and seem healthy and happy. I am very pleased. This was my first time buying fish online. Arrived earlier than expected , 10 were already dead and got a refund . I see 2-3 floating and dead every other day and not sure what’s going on . I have only 15 left out of the 50 I ordered
