I needed to ice my wrist. I purchased other varieties but this one was the one I kept and used. Why? 1) it's the easiest set up. You just put this in the freezer and put it on. Unlike others, there isn't a separate ice pack that needs to be frozen then inserted into a sleeve. This is all in one, all put together. Just put the whole thing in the freezer 2) putting it on is easy. You just slip it on, it can be a bit of a squeeze but not terrible. I found others to be more troublesome. Others often require you to use velcro and strap it on, but that's really difficult when you have no hands to use since you are putting them on your hands. So this slip on style Is helpful 3) the coldness doesn't last forever but it lasts enough for how much you should be leaving it on for. They say not to leave it on for more than 15 min and that's about how long it lasts for.

Fits really well and is very comfortable. It’s also very nice and cold when you first put it on, but unfortunately like many other reviewers mentioned; it does only stay cold for about 5 minutes which was a bit disappointing. I decided to keep it, as it is convenient when I want to be able to move around when icing my hand. But a traditional ice pack definitely stays colder much longer and therefore works better to really ice my hand/wrist. If you really want the convenience of this, highly recommend buying multiple of it so you can switch them out to get a full 15 minutes of icing in.

I love how the pack wraps around my whole wrist and palm. The compression feels wonderful. It's freezing cold when it first comes out of the freezer and stays cold about 15-20 minutes.

This is so close to being perfect. It fits great, it’s super comfortable, and it feels so nice and cold when you first put it on. Only problem is that it only stays cold for maybe 10 minutes.

This product was purchased for one of our employees that has carpal tunnel issues in both hands. This product is worth the money. Feels comfortable on the wrist. Soft outer material. Has a little weight to it almost like a weighted blanket for your hand and wrist.

The media could not be loaded. Looked at many fingerless cold packs for aching hand/wrist… this is nothing short of amazing! I purchased the small my wrist is 6 inches at widest point. Does not slide off feels amazing!!! Took it to my physical therapy office which is a 5 * location and had Bob who deals just with hand injuries/ surgeries and he was blown away with the style and fit! Will be purchasing another so I can wear in both hands instead of switching off. Bob will be grabbing some for their practice!!! 5 STARS!!!
