    • Why can't anyone make one of these that works and is not cheaply made?
I think the title says it all. And the video showing a woman putting a single piece of TP on the aid... Who only uses a single, single ply piece of TP? But the thing is this aid does not hold any TP/baby wipe in place as it is so cheaply made. And if you do manage to get something crammed into the slot that the TP stays in place as you use it then the button that you push to push it back out, so you do not have to touch the TP, clearly is crap (no pun intended). I got 2, which I am glad that I did, because this button on the first one broke after the 2nd use.     • Did it’s job with different way to use suggestion.
I found that it was best to wrap the toilet paper in layers around the stick rather that stuffing the TP in the back. When I did it the suggested way the TP just fell out. It has more than done the job for me following major back surgery.

I purchased this product for my aunt who has severe mobility issues. It was getting difficult for her to care for her bathroom needs by herself. As a last resort we tried this product and I am so glad that we did! It gave her the freedom to take care of her own needs in the bathroom. And just as important it gave her her dignity back! When I first ordered the long reach tissue wiper I used one and then decided I didn't like the ejection button so I took it out along with the blue rubber stuff. It looked dirty inside like it was rusted. I felt that you wouldn't refurbish a thing like this and sell it again. Now I just opened a pack of 2 and removed the same from both. I'm beginning to think I was wrong as both of them are not clean inside. Why? The health department may be interested in this ... show more

This device is great for those who have a difficulty of wiping themselves due to lack of use of their arms. The mechanizing spring on the handle that holds and releases the tissue wears out in about 9 -10 months.

Essential equipment for seniors. I bought 1 I have used for over a year, another I had as a spare. The first one, rubber cracking, spring inside was not working to good, but that was a whole year, not bad at all. Since then I have bought more, 1 for travel, 1 at home, 1 at my art studio. This works perfectly and feels very durable when applying pressure. Easy to get the tissue on, holds perfectly and also easy to come off. I finish off with wipes and its works amazing with it too. You won't be disappointed.

    • Makes the difficult easier
The toilet assist tools are easy to use and helps make a difficult situation less messy and easier. I bought mine for a hip replacement recovery. Restrictions keep me from wiping normally, so this helps make a difficult experience, much easier and possible without the risk.
