This Toddler Basketball Hoop for Girls Pink works well for my girls 5 and 8. It's a mini hoop and the basketballs are small for their ages. The included pump and plastic tip are usable but take some time to inflate and won't inflate to a firmish touch. An electric air pump gets it done much quicker to a firmer touch. The balls are suitable more for toddlers due to size but can be used for bigger kids. The hoop height is nice and adjustable at the top pole and by removing the middle pole. The instructions are somewhat clear and listing assemble video helpful however they kinda start from opposite ends of step 1. That being said it's easy to put together and honestly if you get the idea of it, can be done in 5 mins or so. The construction is fairly good with a mix of plastic and metal and should not be taken as an overpowering amount of parts so relax if you open the box and all these pieces fall out. No tools are nessary as 2 double sided plastic wrenches are included and all you need for tightening. Starting at the base or the hoop end both work fine. The backboard stickers should be applied before assembly and are labeled down to which corner what sticker goes. The 3 poles that make up the stand are easy to figure out, bottom pole has 2 holes on each side for suppor bars and top pole has a back plate for backboard. I put it together with backboard facing other direction to make it more compact until I bring it outside and both ways seem to work fine. During assembly I found a broken off plastic piece inside the base but doesn't seem to affect the overall use. I also had a plastic back of a screw break off but luckily there were extras. Overall its priced about right and is fun for kids. Larger balls work better but not full size basketballs which might break the backboard. Don't forget to fill with water, sand or tie to a post or fence. ... show more

Cute for fun and kids. I do like that it can be raised to a taller height. It does take a little time to put this together. Once it’s together, you can play. Although it comes with plastic balls, I would buy small, rubber balls to bounce. It will be more fun, trust me. Plastic doesn’t bounce. Just imagine playing with beach balls. It is fun if all you want to do is practice making baskets with the beach like balls. It’s a nice way to relax and play with children. ... show more
