The media could not be loaded. We own several similar ride-on cars, and this has unfortunately been a case of “you get what you pay for.” I purchased this product approximately six months ago. Shortly after it arrived, I noticed an issue with the steering mechanism. Over time, this problem has worsened to the point where the vehicle is no longer usable—it cannot make even minor turns, making it impossible to stay on the sidewalk. Any attempt to steer results in a loud grinding noise. I reached out to customer service, and they confirmed the issue was covered under the warranty. After numerous back-and-forth communications and submitting multiple videos as requested, they informed me they had identified the problem and would follow up with a resolution. Their final response was disappointing—they suggested I find a local technician to repair the vehicle and, as a “courtesy,” offered $30 to cover the repair. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this product based on its performance and the inadequate support provided.
