Note: Since getting this car, the price has dropped twice. The review is written based on the original price. Despite this car costing just over $200, this is a good value because just buying the battery and charger on Amazon runs about $100. This car includes the BATTERY AND charger. UNBOXING: Some assembly is required. You will need to connect the 4 wheels and the steering wheel to the car. The only tool needed is a screwdriver. You wont need any power tools. Also, you have to connect the car to the included, rechargeable battery. The remote control takes regular batteries (not rechargeable). BATTERY LIFE: Seems to be linked to the weight of the rider. When the youngest (60lbs) rode the car, battery life was over thirty minutes. When my 10yr old rode it (barely able to fit) the engine (electric motor) sounded like it was straining. After about 20 minutes the motor lacked the torque to turn the wheels anymore. The best feature in this car is the slow start. I thought it was a gimmick but it works and it's helpful, especially after a full charge. Normally these cars jerk lunching forward from all the torque. The slow start prevents the rider from getting whiplash. This is a great value. Toss in a remote control for a second option to drive this and this becomes awesome. I chose this model because the convertible has no roof so my younger kid can continue to use this even when he gets too big to fit under a similar model with a roof. This basically means there is no height limit. Future proofing for the win. I wish this was a little larger to accommodate larger riders. But, as it is, its great for children UNDER 7.

This is AWESOME!!! I was so excited for this to arrive that on the day it was scheduled, I pretty much sat on the couch waiting for the Amazon truck to arrive! Immediately upon receipt, I drug it off to my garage and ripped it open... and stood in awe. The color is perfect. The size (for my four year-old grand-nephew) is (going to be) dead-on. I've never seen a ride on of this size - a single seater truly made for the 3-6 crowd and they nailed it! The fact it includes a remote is probably my favorite feature - years ago, my son had a ride-on tractor that would run me ragged trying to stay beside to keep him out of the pond. Thankfully, I've moved into civilization and technology has advanced, so I can relax on the porch and be sure things stay well in hand. I did take it for a few rider-less laps and the remote has PLENTY of range, far exceeding where I would even feel comfortable running my little buddy. Assembly was a breeze as it was just the parts required to make it fit in the box - wheels, windscreen, etc. and didn't require much time or effort. What IS going to take some time is building the perfect playlist for the USB radio! With the numerous safety features, from the quality harness system, working lights and the slow-ramping power, this is an extremely well-designed and FULLY functional ride on that is the perfect size for the targeted audience. I'm excited for Christmas! He's going to love coming over to his crazy uncle's house even more than before!

This little electric car turned out even better than I expected. The design looks really cool in person, especially with the working LED headlights and the Mercedes-style front grille. It feels sturdy enough for daily use, and the seat is comfortable for my child. The size is perfect for toddlers and young kids, and it has enough space for them to sit safely with the seatbelt. One of my favorite parts is the parental remote control. It connects quickly and lets me control the speed and direction whenever needed, which gives a lot of peace of mind, especially for younger kids who are still learning to drive. The 3 speed options are a nice touch—slow is gentle and great for beginners, while the faster setting gives a bit more excitement once they get used to it. The car starts smoothly without jerking, and the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time for a full play session. The built-in horn and music make it even more fun for the kids, and they love pretending they’re driving a real car. Assembly took some time but wasn’t too difficult, and everything fit together well. Overall, this is a great ride-on toy with solid build quality, fun features, and very good value for the price. My child absolutely loves it!

This is an awesome motorized car for kids! The car comes with the “base” of the vehicle, and other parts like the wheels/seat…etc. that you need to attach yourself. To attach the parts, keep in mind that you will need a wrench, and a screwdriver. My fiancé put this together, and it took him about an hour. The assembly wasn’t difficult, the instructions were pretty clear, and all parts are included. The car has easy to use radio functions with controls for the volume and to change the music. The horn on the steering wheel is also fully functional. There’s a single up/down push-button switch that makes the engine roar loudly when it starts up; and a pedal that accelerates easily when pressed, making it perfect for kids. I got this for my two year old daughter to drive around outside. We’ve tested it out, but haven’t given it to her yet. She’s going to love this! The design is awesome, and it’s perfectly sized for kids between the ages of 2-6. This is so cool and the functions are awesome! It’s well worth the price, and priced similarly to other cars on the market. This would be an awesome gift for kids! 10/10!
