They gave me a refund and made the experience very easy. It ran for a half hour then the back wheel seized up and it won't turn. Both grandsons age 2 and 3 received this motorcycle in green and blue for Christmas. They love them. We love the two speeds and that they mastered how to operate them with ease. The motorcycles instantly stop when they remove their finger from the control button including going up or down our small hill. Supervision required at their ages. We bought this for Christmas. It was in our basement till last night. We took it out to ride with all the neighbor kids and the back wheel is completely locked. We are so disappointed. Not sure what to do since we got it in December for Christmas for him :(.
