I was really excited to get this bike for my three-year-old as he is learning to ride motorcycles… it was a nice looking bike however, Unfortunately, this thing cannot hold a charge whatsoever. No matter how long you charge it it goes at a decent speed for about maybe 100 yards, then it just dies out… It loses all battery function, and then completely shuts off. You have to push it for it to turn back on then it goes very slow, then dies again. I’ve tried numerous ways of charging, and nothing works. honestly if I was to do it all over again, I would have just bought a little 50cc and not wasted my money. ... show more

We purchased this bike for Christmas for our son and it's perfect. The bike came fully charged so no need to charge before gifting. Kids ranging 4.5-8 all were able to take turns riding, very fun for all!

The media could not be loaded. The bike worked for about 5 minutes prior to the rear wheel locking up. Customer service was pleasant but limited technical help. They did make it right. After disassembly and troubleshooting I determined that two pieces of plastic rubbed together and seized (motor cover and wheel). Applying some force broke the wheel free from the plastic motor cover. I then applied lubricant to this surface and was careful to not over tighten when reassembling. The media could not be loaded. Update: The company emailed me back and offered me a refund We ended up donating the bike because we didn’t feel comfortable having my nephew ride it because of the faulty connector. Original review: We purchased this bike for my great nephew for Christmas. When we put the bike together and connectors. My nephew was so excited, got on and we found out very quickly that the bike was not stopping. My nephew had to throw himself down to the ground, got hurt, in order for him not to be more seriously injured. We contacted the company via email, no response. I then contacted Amazon they reached out to the company and I received a very quick response offering a new on off switch but can take up to 30 days, or receive a 30.00 credit. I found both option are unacceptable. My husband fiddled around and 5 hours later found the problem, the throttle connection was bad, after calling all over the place we found a replacement and didn’t have to wait 30 days for a part that would not have made a difference. For spending this money the bikes should be tested and make sure all parts are properly installed and working. Needless there was no resolution from the company. We resolved this on our own.
