You will need to adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once the monitor is hung on. Tilt monitor 90° up and 45° down to find a more comfortable viewing. Pivot the monitor 360° to shift between portrait and landscape with ease. Swivel monitor 180° to show screens to clients or colleagues. Each connection of the arm is adjustable. Pose your screen where you want it. The VESA plate is oriented crookedly. How to solve it? If the VESA plate is not in the right position, please hold it with both hands and rotate vigorously to make up arrows pointing up. You could refer to the third video on the detail page. Please don't worry. This is normal. Why does not the arm stay in the position needed? Please note that when out of the factory, the value of the spring is generally adjusted to the minimum value which makes the arms lean forward. You could refer to the instruction manual to adjust the value according to the weight of your monitor. When the monitor keeps tilting down, how we can solve it? You could adjust the tilting bolt for the monitor. 1. Loosen the bolt 1-2 turns with the Allen Key 2. Hold the monitor with both hands and adjust it to the right position 3. These monitor arms are great. While the setup process takes a bit to get it exactly right, it's easy to mount monitors on and they look really nice once everything's set. They seem really sturdy and the tension setting is really easy to dial in to get that exact right balance between stability and movability. The white also looks really nice on a black-and-white setup. Two very minor complaints with these arms - they do not include any sort of mounting plate to spread out the pressure on your desk from two mounted monitors. I had to buy two separate aluminum plates for the top and bottom of the desk, since it would have definitely pushed into the particle board and caused a permanent indent if I had not. The bottom is especially an issue - the mounting clamp only has about a 1" diameter metal plate attached to a screw that would have punched a hole into the desk had I not bought reinforcement plates. My second complaint is with the cable management covers - it includes two separate cable covers for the upper arms, and the tabs that attach them to the arms are really weak. I clipped it on and took it off three times during the setup process, and each time one of the tabs snapped off to the point where I just had to throw the whole thing away and use a velcro tie. So if you plan to use the separate cable hiders, just make sure you have your cables 100% set before you clip them on, because they might break when you remove them. I've been using the MOUNTUP Dual Monitor Stand with one monitor (still waiting on my second one to arrive), and overall I'm satisfied with it for the price. It fit well on my desk and feels stable during normal use with no major wobbling or sagging once adjusted properly. Installation was straightforward, and the arms offer decent flexibility for positioning both monitors. The height and angle adjustments make it easy to create a comfortable setup, and it definitely helps free up desk space compared to traditional monitor stands. That said, the build quality is a bit of a mixed bag. The stand uses a combination of metal and plastic parts, and some of the plastic components feel cheaper than I expected. It gets the job done, but it doesn't have the premium feel of higher end monitor arms. The cable management covers also seem somewhat fragile, so I'd recommend being careful when removing or reinstalling them. For the price, however, it's hard to complain too much. The metal structure provides adequate support, it holds my monitors securely, and it looks clean once installed. If you're looking for a budget-friendly dual monitor mount and don't expect top tier materials, this is a solid option that offers good value for money. Overall: sturdy enough for everyday use, easy to set up, and a worthwhile purchase if you're trying to improve your desk setup without spending a lot. ... show more

I love this monitor stand. It's easy to set up and I have my desk pushed back pretty far. It only needs like less than 5 inches clearance from the wall. The arms fold back and out nicely so it doesn't take up your entire desk area. The arms and mounting hardware keep it ever sturdy and stable. They don't bounce around or shake at all. You can position the monitor horizontal or vertical and to adjust the motions, the Allen key they give you lets you easily turn the pressor sensor to tighten or loosen so you can tilt or keep in place. ... show more

Update 05/24/2025 After having this mount for a while, I'm starting to have more issues. My monitors are on the heavier side 10 lbs each and they mount on the bottom center, rather than the usual which is centered on the back of the monitor. About every week I notice that they start to tip down and if I re-adjust they just tip again. I cannot tighten the screw anymore but if I over tighten it I can make it last again for another week before repeating. It's only going to last so long before the threads on the bolt are shot. Original review: Overall a pretty good monitor mount, the components feel solid and the materials are good quality. The instructions were easy to follow and get it setup. I do notice that when I type on my desk the arms / monitors shake a little bit and I can't adjust the tension any more so they are a little loose. I mounted it using the grommet mount, so it might be more sturdy if you use the c clamp but my desk isn't setup in a way that I can. I got it while it was on sale for $20 off so no complaints, I don't think I would keep it if I had paid full price for it though. ... show more

Excellent quality monitor arms - I purchased these in 2022 and I only just now (Feb 2026) had to readjust the screws. I use these for two 27" Acer monitors, the base for each took up a huge amount of desk real estate. These monitor arms were easy to put together and get the monitors set up on them. One gripe: If you lose the original allen wrench/hex key wrenches that it comes with, you will need to have a metric size 6 mm allen wrench available (for adjusting the arms). I recommend buying one of the Steelman portable multi-tool ones that has 8 different sizes on it. Since I'm in the US I only had a set of US sizes and had to buy the metric set (not a huge deal, but a little annoying). Overall - I can't complain for the price of these. ... show more
