My 3 year old loves this thing, and it's slow enough on the slow setting that it's quite safe. I dinged a star because of the AWFUL installation instructions. It's not hard to assemble but there's one key missing step. The car shows up with the seat pre-installed, and you need to remove the seat in order to connect the battery wire. If you don't do this, the battery will never charge. The instructions talk about connecting the battery wire but make it look like you only need to do this if your car came with the seat off. That's not accurate -- if your seat is already on, you need to unscrew it to connect the wire and then put the seat back on. In general the instructions aren't good but luckily it's not hard to figure out. Also, there weren't enough washers -- there were only 6 and the model I bought needs 8. Not a huge deal to not have 2 of the washers but again I wish the manufacturer would do it correctly.

This go kart is fun for kids. I would say that this is made for a child roughly the size of a toddler. It will hold a 100 pound child which is pretty heavy. This takes about ten minutes to set up. Once charges this can be used one of two ways. One with the remote control system by an adult. (Not entirely sure just how safe that is) or the rider can control the car themselves. It can go forward and reverse. There are buttons on the steering wheel that play music or song nursery rhymes. There are lights on this car that flash as well. Overall it’s a pretty fun car for kids.

This little battery operated go kart really has some speed to it. My cousin who is 6 really wanted a go kart but the gas ones are just too much power for a kid this young. He can learn how to use properly before he graduates to a gas ones. Very well built @nd the kid has a blast driving it. The neighbor kids are so jealous-they want one too!

This has been so much fun for our 2 daughters. Assembly was pretty quick and easy, just follow the instructions. In total it took my husband about 25 minutes or so to put this together. It has 2 speeds depending on what your kids want to do and you can turn on the lights as well which is a fun feature. The pre downloaded songs are really fun for the girls and the remote works well also. Overall this is well made and we are enjoying it immensely.

Reviewing TOBBI Electric Go Kart for Kids, It’s our granddaughters birthday coming up and she has a go kart at home. She asked if she could have one for when she stays with us. We told her we think one is enough, but we really want to surprise her with one. She has no idea. She’s going to love it. It was easy to put together and the instructions were clear. The listing says it goes up to 3.7mph, but it seems like it might not reach that top speed, which is fine. It is easy for a kid to control which is more important. It only has room for one kid at a time, since it’s a go kart. It runs well and can go through gravel and grass with no issues. The battery life is right on par with what I expected (a few hours of use before needing recharged). I think the age range on the listing page is a little too generous. I don’t think 8-year-olds will fit in this or want to ride in, but toddlers will love it and 5-7 year olds will be able to control it themselves. 3 and 4 years can too, but you’ll need to use your best judgement. You do have the ability to use a remote control, rather than allowing your little one to control it. The price is amazing so overall, I think this go kart is a really great value.
