I honestly had some reservations about ordering this travel mug as the color options on the product page are all kinds of mixed up. The 'Black' option is actually a stainless steel variation. 'Light Cyan' is actually a matte black variation. "Sea Green" looks to be a gunmetal variation. "Mint Cream" is actually a light blue color. Then the pictures further down the product page lists completely different color names altogether. So needless to say, the seller is all around confused about the available color options. The product page also incorrectly lists this travel mug as dishwasher safe. It's not. The base of the cup clearly identifies it as hand wash only. With that out of the way, I can rave about everything I like about this travel mug: 1. It's truly leak proof! There are so many travel mugs out there that are advertised as leakproof when they're not. This travel mug holds true to its claim. I filled it up, held it upside side, held it at all kinds of different angles on its side, & and shook it up vigorously. Not one drop escaped. 2. It has a wide mouth opening which makes is easy to clean and to clean thoroughly. 3. There are two different ways to drink from this depending on preference (and maybe depending on whether the beverage is hot or cold). However, I will admit that the spout that connects to the straw is a bit awkward to drink from due to its oval shape. There's also a lot more suction required compared to when using a normal straw. 4. The 21 ounce capacity is accurate with a caveat. The inside of the travel mug has a max fill line marking. That line gets you 20 ounces. An additional ounce can still fit in the mug but will reach just below where the cap screws on. Regardless, I was still able to fit the full 21 ounces and get the cap on without anything overspilling. 5. The mug is just a great size, in my personal opinion. It's large enough to accommodate up to 21 ounces but still manages to fit comfortable in the hand. The ridged, rubberized ring near the top of the mug helps to maintain a good grip on the cup. However, I will say that those with small hands may find carrying the mug a bit challenging if they are not crazy about using the strap. The ring that connects the strap to the mug is entirely too small to double as a handle. So you either have to use the strap or grip the entire mug by hand. 6. It's fairly lightweight. I was honestly concerned that it would be on the heavier side due to it having a ceramic interior. However it's more lightweight than I expected it to be. The information on the product page might be all kinds of janky, but I'm liking this mug so far. I can honestly see it becoming one of my favorites among my collection.

I love the functionality of the cup for work. I thought it w a leak proof. Twice when my cup was flat in my lunch bag it leaked. So you definitely have to make sure it is upright at all time. I was going to buy another one but now have to find something else for work and just use for home. Owner refunded me.

I like to drink a large cappuccino in the morning. I have an automatic espresso maker and a mile frothing pot, so making a large one is easy. I actually make 8 ounces of espresso (maybe closer to Americano at that point) and a couple ounces of foam, which did not fit nicely in my 16-ounce mug. In this, it fits perfect, leaving just a bit of room. It kept my drink hot (hotter than the insulated plastic 16-ounce mug I was using), so at the end of 45 minutes of drinking it, my drink was still hot. So, that was a success. To test the cold function, I put my nightly cold water in it (I take sips of it when I wake up during the night). I put in ice and cold water (see first photo) just before midnight and went to bed. I got up a few times during the night and drank some cold water. I got up in the morning and drank some more water when I got back form walking the dog. This was at 10am. Then, I checked the mug and there was still a lot of the ice left and the water was still ice cold. So, it keeps things cold for at least 10 hours without issue. The ceramic inner was easy to clean with no coffee staining (plastic and stainless steel are hard to clean when coffee is involved), and this mug is build like a tank, so it should hold up well. I give it 5 stars.

this tumbler kept my coffee warm and it's great temperature until i finish my coffee by noon. good size cup and it's easy to clean. The strap helps me carry coffee at wrist when my hands are full and it didn't leak. i didn't use the straw because my coffee is made hot and the straw is plastic but it still works for me.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this mug! First the stuff to be aware of. The chrome will show more smudges than the other colors. It is very pretty and the surface has stayed very pristine so far. It wipes off super easy. I just expect this particular color to show blemishes sooner. The little air plugs do come out of you push on them so be careful not to lose them. I included that in my video so you know what I'm talking about. Otherwise I love everything about this! The ceramic coating inside the mug is one of my favorite features. It is truly leak proof. It does not let one drop escape and I shook it hard to make sure. I always spill my coffee everywhere and I need a reliable locking lid. It pours out of the sipping side perfectly if you want to use it as a thermos. The included lanyard is a fun addition. It is easy to take on and off but it won't come detached accidentally. Normal carabineers have come unclipped on my gear before when I least expected it so I don't trust them. But if I wanted to hang this mug off a pack or something like that I think I can trust this one. This mug does what it is supposed to. It does it's job and then some. Very functional. The fact that it also says "coffee friend" makes me like it even more. I definitely can recommend this mug!
