The bottom is also anti-skid, making it completely slip-free! It’s virtually immovable when pushed with flat force; one needs to lift it entirely to move it. So, completely slip-proof! Odor: There’s a slight printing odor, but it’s gone after leaving it for about 2 days. If someone is sensitive about the smell, placing it in sunlight after unpacking might help. I am keeping it because It was quite cheap and fits under my computer desk comfortably. But if the wrinkles are a no go for you. I suggest you avoid this one

Mat is good quality but is more gray colored than sage. Disappointed in color and how it clashes with other products I have in my kitchen. Picture shows the mat next to my kitchen rug. Definitely not sage

I bought the 17 x 28 x 3/4 inch mat. Not odor free as described. When I took it out of the plastic wrap, I was overwhelmed with that plastic manufacturing off-gassing smell that so many products have these days and this is one of the worst. I had opened it in the house and it took hours to clear with the windows open and a fan running. I set it outside for two days to allow the smell to dissipate and for the sun to warm it up and flatten it as it was tightly curled. After two days it no longer smelled terrible and was mostly flat. I didn't measure the thickness of this mat, but it is as thick as the very expensive, gel filled mat that I had previously. So it is comfortable to stand on. The size is smaller than I expected and that is not a ding against the product, but a failure on my part to measure properly rather than visualize the size in front of my stove. So be sure to measure where you want to put this. For reference, my tiles are 1 x 1 foot. The vibe of the mat is appealing to me and looks good in my kitchen. I haven't tested whether this is slip resistant, but it is obviously waterproof, since it is plastic. I took off 1 star for the smell although I debated only giving this 3 stars because it was so overwhelming. ... show more

It's comfortable and a good size. Since it's small enough I can easily place it anywhere. It keeps my tired feet comfortable while doing dishes or cooking. I will definitely get another one for my bathroom.

This is way thicker than the ones I have bought in the big box stores. So much more comfortable to stand on, and color was true to the picture. Looks great against my light gray tile floors!

I have no idea why they sent this rolled up in a tight ball and cinched up with tons of plastic! It's been days and the wrinkles are still not flattening out. Our last mat like this for the kitchen came flat and never had this issue. The color looks like the product shots and the backing on it keeps it in place. It's not super non-slip but that could be because it sill hasn't flattened out yet. Overall, it's a small little comfort mat that is pretty much exactly as described. It's just definitely not $30 worth of a mat though. I think you can find a bigger mat for the same price at better quality. ... show more
