Every driver should have access to a tire plug kit and this 90-piece pack of plugs is a great value. My kit that I've had for years only had a handful of plugs left so I was considering buying a whole new one. It never occurred to me to buy more plugs for the kit until I saw this product and I'm glad I decided to get it. These plugs are the same length as the ones in my auto parts store bought kit but are slightly thicker and, although they're just strips of rubber, they seem to be better quality than my old plugs. They worked with my kit tools just fine and sealed a leak caused by a wood screw in my tire completely. I drove several miles on the interstate and surface streets without any issues. If you seem to always get something in your tires like me, I suggest getting a tire plug kit, this pack of plugs, and a cheap inflator for your home. The Tire Repair Strings 90 Pack Brown (100 x φ6 mm), Automotive Tool Tire Repair Plugs for Tubeless Off-Road Tires Car, Bike, ATV, UTV, Wheelbarrow, Mower were obtained to have on hand. We live on a farm off a dirt road, as such, I am constantly patching tires. The tools to do this seem to last forever, but running out of these patches was the problem, being easier to buy a new kit than to find these patches in a walk-in store. With this kit, of wonderful tire patches, I may not need to buy any more for years. Now I need to get some rubber cement to hold them in place. ... show more

I'll start with saying I have plugged more tires then I can count. None of them have ever completely failed. I have had them slowly leak every once in a while, but never completely fail. So I had a plug recently that was slowly leaking. Every 5 or 6 days I'd be 10 psi low. I had a family emergency and needed to drive out of town, I knew I had a slow leak so I wanted to fix it before I left. I decided to use these plugs instead of wait until I run out of my others. Every plug I've had in the past, I've had to smash the plug with pliers to get it thin enough to go through the eyelet on the tool, this one was so soft that I didn't even need a tool. I pushed my old plug in and cemented the new one and got it pushed in and seated. Checked for leaks and it was fine. Did some other stuff around the house and then left. Made it 15miles away from my home and thought the road was bumpy. Then it got louder. I realized I had a flat. I checked the tire and it was completely empty. The plug blew out. My only guess is it was so soft that it blew out. I definitely caused some damage to my sidewall. I pulled over and basically repatched with the old plugs I had and finished driving for 3 hrs and had no problems. Drove around for 2 days and back home 3 and a half hours and no leaks. So I'm not too sure if it was the plugs fault or something else but for now I'm going to assume it was the plug since the same brand I had before is still holding and this brand blew out and almost left me stranded. I will attempt another one when I find a safe way to do so, and if it holds up I will update my review. As for now I'm a little scared to risk it Does come with a bunch and price is great. Hopefully I just grabbed the one bad one out of the batch and the rest will be perfect, we will see and I'll update! ... show more
