these have been great units in my first couple months of use. The biggest issue I had was that the assembly instructions were poor or non-existent and the operating instructions for the balancer are non-existent. Had to watch a lot of youtube to figure out how to get it to do what I wanted. Also, the bead blasted tube leaks, so it keep kicking in my compressor. not a terrible issue, more of first world problems....

I unfortunately have to give this only 2 stars! The product itself seems fine so far. The problem is It came with basically zero instruction for assembly and use! I managed to assemble everything trough trial and error based on just looking at the pictures . Not so bad except for connecting the air supply lines in the correct locations so that up arrow moved rods up and down moved down, got it backwards on the first attempt! The major problem is the balancer! the instructions for calibration and use , oh and connecting the internal wire connects are useless. one of the connecters can actually be connect in four different ways only one being correct! Lastly use and calibration, I watched the video for calibration online from the company and it clearly shows set the rim diameter and the result showing and STAYING on the screen, yet mine disappears almost immediately, It also shows the rim position lights flashing where as mine are stationary in one spot. So I am not sure as to if there has been a software change or my unit does not work correctly. I have called 4 times now to support with no returned Phone call! so as of the moment I dont know if I have a working balancer or not!

Worked good for changing E rated 20in rims with 35s did have to take rim off rack to get tire off but would say for the money it works good

Duckhead bolt stripped out now cant change the protector clip. Air fittings prone to break as well.
